BRAZING
PRODUCTS FOR ALUMINIUM
At
TurboBraze we understand that brazing aluminium presents
its own set of problems, so we have developed a range
of products to make the task easier. In our range we
offer brazing pastes and fully dispensible fluxes, both
flouride and chloride based.

Paste
Aluminium
brazing pastes are suitable for automated, semi-automated
and furnace brazing processes. the pastes are typically
40% alloy powder and can be supplied with either chloride
or flouride flux to suit specific applications.

Dispensable
Fluxes
We
have developed a range of fully dispensable aluminium
fluxes to suit most applications. The fluxes all have
the following advantages.
| Versatile |
The
fluxes work equally well with torch, induction and
furnace brazing. |
| Environmentally
Friendly |
The
fluxes do not contain any solvents or hydrocarbon
producing rubber and are completely water soluable,
so cleaning equipment requires no solvents, just
water. |
| Ease
of Application |
The
flux can be adjusted for dispensing, srpaying, brushingm
dipping and squeeze bottle applications. |
| Cost
Cutting |
The
flux is highly concentrated and with the use of
dispensing systems, flux consumption can be cut
by up to 50% |

As
with all chloride based fluxes, the residues remain
corrisive and must be removed. With the AL-DC series,
all residues are removed with a simple water wash.
