FLUXES
Turbo
Braze manufacture a variety of fluxes for soft solders,
silver brazing alloys, base metal alloys, nickel based
alloys and aluminium alloys. We offer a range of aluminium
fluxes both corrosive and non-corrosive.
All
of these fluxes are available as fully dispensable products
which offer several advantages over conventional forms:-

The
controlled use of flux reduces the amount used,
so reducing cost. |

Reduced usage combined with reduced handling of
flux lessens the health and safety issues. |

Labour
costs are reduced. An example is a plant in the
USA, where they have 100 wire feed machines, which
needed 25 operators to apply the flux to parts.
Since changing to dispensable flux, they now have
four operators for the same machines. |
